Design Accuracy: While we strive to replicate your chosen design and personalization details with the highest level of precision, please be aware that slight variations in color, texture, or layout may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products. Design Revisions: We offer up to two rounds of design revisions free of charge to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.
Should you require additional changes beyond the initial two revisions, a fee of ₹100 per revision will apply—regardless of whether the change is minor or major.

Non-Refundable Policy: All customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are specially crafted based on your individual requirements.
However, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will be happy to offer a suitable resolution.
If the product is damaged during transit, a clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof in order to process a replacement. Without an unboxing video, we regret that we will not be able to proceed with any claims.

Production Time: All customized products require approximately 3 to 7 business days for manufacturing. Once the production is complete, your order will be promptly dispatched from our facility.
